When Summer Doesn’t End: The Dolder Grand Brings The Spirit Of The Côte d’Azur To Zurich With Le Club Riviera

As summer stretches into early autumn, the Dolder Grand is bringing the spirit of France’s Côte d’Azur to Zurich, with its ‘Le Club Riviera’ restaurant. From late August through October 2026, the iconic city resort will debut its new themed pop-up, which celebrates the best of southern French dining with a vibrant atmosphere.

The concept celebrates the rich culinary culture of the South of France, bringing together the region’s celebrated gastronomy, grape, bubbly and apéritifs in a warm and inviting setting that reflects the effortless elegance of the Riviera. Red and white accents, natural materials, fresh linen and cosy lighting evoke terraces in Saint-Tropez, evoking the feeling of a light and lingering evening on the glitzy coast.

The menu blends French influences with Italian traditions, in a light and seasonal selection designed for sharing. Starring Mediterranean dishes crafted from locally sourced and seasonal sun-ripened garden vegetables and freshly pressed olive oil, the menu includes crudités, oysters, a seafood tower for two, the Dolder Bouillabaisse, spaghetti al limone with caviar, gilthead sea bream, sea bass à la Provençale, and entrecôte and lobster ‘Surf & Turf’ with sauce Choron and chilli.

The desserts also follow the South of France theme. Orange sorbet adds a fresh, light note to the menu; La Tarte Tropézienne with peach and vanilla refers directly to Saint-Tropez. The bar complements the culinary offerings with a series of special cocktails and Moët.

The Dolder Grand’s 2 Michelin-starred Culinary Director Heiko Neider is a master of his craft and draws on his years of experience to bring this exciting culinary concept to life. “The Côte d’Azur lifestyle is about more than just good food; it is a long evening spent enjoying a meal with friends and loved ones,” he says. “With Le Club Riviera, we wanted to bring that relaxed spirit to Zurich, combining the much-loved flavours of the Mediterranean with the inviting energy of a calm, summer evening.”

Le Club Riviera will open from 28 August until the end of October 2026, offering guests a taste of the Côte d’Azur in the heart of Zurich – extending those carefree summer vibes just a little longer.
