Allison Williams wore a couture Michael Kors Collection black-and-white floral chiné jacquard drop-waist gown with hand-embroidered recycled sequins. Artisans spent 2,110 hours hand-embroidering thousands of sequins, in six different sizes, in an overlapping pattern to create a floral shadow design, lending the gown an allover iridescence.

It took eight artisans over 3,550 hours to hand-sew the appliqués to the singer’s gown, and another 2,880 hours to hand-sew the appliqués on the coordinating clutch jacket. The flowers, scattered across the dress in three different sizes and shades, were each individually hand-dyed and laser-cut to achieve a life-like appearance.
