Created by award-winning producers and masterminds behind the Amazing Race, Bertram van Munster and Elise Doganieri, RACE TO THE ENTER OF THE EARTH is an adrenaline-fueled competition that pits four teams of adventurers against one another in a nonstop sprint across the globe. Each starting from opposing corners of the globe, fourteams of three will race to a final location where their routes intersect and the buoy holding the prize is located. Team North America, Team Southeast Asia, Team Russia and Team South America will face untamed jungles, frozen tundras, arid deserts, bustling cities, treacherous mountains and vast oceans to reach thebuoy. The first to arrive claims it all.

The production team behind this extreme non-elimination competitionspent six months on rigorous prep work and scouting hundreds of locations covering more than 56,000 kilometers around the globe. Throughout the show, cameras follow the contestants, mirroring their actions as they take on various challenges that test their limits of strength, speed and stamina. The highly skilled filmmakers capture the teams throughout the race and at every waypoint — around 500 — with state-of-the-art camera technology including BlackMagic URSA Mini Pro G2, allowing ultra-high resolution in a small, handheld package.
