Following a successful inaugural intake, McKinsey & Company has launched the second edition of the Qiyada Emerging Leaders program – a one-year journey that aims to maximize the potential of top Emirati talent through a selection of forums, team building exercises, coaching sessions and leadership assessments.

McKinsey has a long and well-established presence in Abu Dhabi working across public and private sector institutions to support the major economic transformation efforts across the emirate.

Unlike traditional leadership development programsfocused on technical skills, the Qiyada Emerging Leaders program offers an immersive learning experience of self-discovery, self-definition and self-shaping. It has been designed for promising leaders committed to shaping and driving the ambitious transformation underway in the UAE’s capital.

Over the course of the 12-month program, participants receive interactive training through both plenary and small-group-workshops, facilitatedby esteemed industry experts.

To qualify, selected participants must currentlyservein a managerial position and must illustrate a diverse range of achievements in their respective organizations. They must also demonstrate a commitment to networking and self-development.
