According to survey analytics from Saudi Arabia conducted by KPMG, 76% of the HR executives in the Kingdom believe that technology can transform the HR industry and workforce. However, reports suggest that only 42% of HR executives have a digital work plan in place in both SMEs and MNCs. In line with this, QNA International is all set to host the 3rd Annual HR Tech Saudi Summit 2019 creating a platform to gather top HR and IT leaders from the most forward-thinking organizations in the region and global technological partners under the theme – From HR Transformation, HR Disruption to HR Reinvented. IT organization, HR analytics and business intelligence have become popular buzz words in the HR sector. HR executives in the Kingdom consider capability/skill management, organizational and workplace culture to be top three barriers along with the primitive technology challenges posed in most organizations. According to Bersin by Deloitte, one-third of the employees in Saudi Arabia expect their jobs to become augmented by AI in the near future in which 38% of enterprises are already using AI in the workforce. In line with this, the by-invite only conference will have an exclusive discussion on the organizational transformation in the age of change with a spotlight of AI for HR. The discussion with highlight the rate of change, dynamic stability and the constraints faced by HR experts in regulating these transformations and overcoming the barriers.

Moving towards the Saudi Vision 2030, The Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority has launched Fintech Saudi to initiate and develop the Kingdom as a hub for finance, technology and HR contributions.
