Great Place to Work\u00ae and Fortune<\/em> today announced the 2020 Fortune<\/em> World\u2019s Best Workplaces\u2122<\/a>. These 25 global leaders were selected from more than 10,000 organizations that participated in Great Place to Work\u2019s employee survey process, representing the voices of 10.2 million employees in 92 countries. The 25 World\u2019s Best Workplaces stood out for creating globally exceptional employee experiences, high-trust relationships, and workplaces that are fair and equal for all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cCongratulations to the World\u2019s Best Workplaces,\u201d said Michael C. Bush, Global CEO of Great Place to Work. \u201cThese organizations not only have succeeded at creating a high-trust, inclusive, global culture, they have met the historic challenges of the past year with inspiring, deeply human responses. In the worst of times, the World\u2019s Best have given us hope for a better future.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Topping this ranking of the World\u2019s Best for the second straight year was technology giant Cisco. Transportation and logistics provider DHL ranked second on the 2020 list, and hotel giant Hilton placed third.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These three companies are featured in a new report<\/a> by Great Place to Work about how the World\u2019s Best have led the way in a year unlike any other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DHL: A Commitment to Community. <\/strong>When the pandemic struck and commerceall but ground to a halt, DHL Express continued todeliver on its promises to employees, customersand our global society. By safeguarding the physicaland emotional wellbeing of its people and using the<\/p>\n\n\n\n

health crisis as a reason to double down on its mission to improve lives, the world\u2019s most global organization deepened its commitment to community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
