Looking good in a Webinar is important. Here are 20 tips:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Stay in the center of the screen, your face shouldn\u2019t be too high or too low.<\/li>
  2. The camera should be at face level and should maintain a distance of 30 inches or one arm distance.<\/li>
  3. The light source should be in front of you, not behind you.<\/li>
  4. While using a phone for video call, makes sure it, on landscape mode.<\/li>
  5. Your background should be probably plain or minimalistic, if possible use a virtual background with your Company logo.<\/li>
  6. Try to make sure nobody keeps moving around behind you, while you are in the meeting.<\/li>
  7. Keep the camera ON, it\u2019s considered indecent to keep the camera OFF.<\/li>
  8. Keep the mic unmute when you are not speaking.<\/li>
  9. Rename to make sure your Company & your Name appears.<\/li>
  10. Try being still, do not move a lot, and don\u2019t be jet.<\/li>
  11. Eating is not considered decent, however, sipping a cup of coffee or tea is fine.<\/li>
  12. When you have to speak, speak in a normal tone do not shout.<\/li>
  13. Always be on-time or 5 minutes early for a meeting.<\/li>
  14. Dress smart & appropriately, you might have to stand.<\/li>
  15. When you are done let the team know by telling, \u201cI AM DONE\u201d or \u201cTHANK YOU\u201d.<\/li>
  16. Stick to the time limit, do not exceed.<\/li>
  17. Always have a pen & paper handy to makes notes of important points in the meeting.<\/li>
  18. Make sure your battery power, mic, speakers, internet connection and camera are all upon running.<\/li>
  19. Be attentive, focused, and avoid multi-tasking.<\/li>
  20. If you have to speak, prepare & practice your presentations or script, most importantly be yourself & smile.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
