The $55 million purchase price will be paid over five years, including an initial payment of $10 million at closing. In addition, the transaction value includes up to $95 million of contingent payments based on future performance.<\/p>\n<p>Vadim Fedotov, Founder of Bioniq, will join Herbalife\u2019s leadership team following the completion of the transaction. Key members of the Bioniq team will also transition to Herbalife.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Scaling Personalized Nutrition Globally<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The acquisition will enable Bioniq\u2019s science-driven, personalized supplementation platform to scale globally through Herbalife\u2019s extensive infrastructure, which spans 95 markets, with over 2 million distributors and millions of customers worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>Bioniq\u2019s proprietary algorithm, formulation capabilities, and international team will be integrated into Herbalife\u2019s ecosystem, accelerating product innovation, expanding access, and enhancing the customer experience globally.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A Data-Driven Approach to Health<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Founded in 2019, Bioniq develops personalized supplement formulas using its patented product personalization engine, an individual\u2019s health background, and a proprietary database of biomarkers. Bioniq\u2019s personalized supplement formulations are designed for a broad range of individuals, from everyday wellness consumers to elite athletes, including Cristiano Ronaldo.<\/p>\n<p>Bioniq has built one of the largest proprietary datasets in the category, comprising over 6 million data points collected across five continents.
