Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, M\u00e9lanie worked as a teaching faculty in schools in Morocco, Spain, and Turkey on her way to Dubai where she was the head of foreign languages and a teacher trainer as part of GEMS Education for a few years. In her early career, M\u00e9lanie has worked in an NGO promoting Children\u2019s rights, a cause very close to her heart. As part of her role, she led a campaign on Fair Trade & Children Rights which reached over 300 students in 10 schools. She since then gave talks and presented various speeches and educational discourse for a diverse audience in different settings, languages, industries, and countries, M\u00e9lanie continues to get involved in her community, through mentoring around young talent development and women empowerment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In early 2019, the idea of becoming an entrepreneur flashed before her eyes. After due deliberation, she decided this was going to be her future, fulfilling her biggest dreams. And so, she formed Blooming Eloquence<\/a>, a bespoke coaching and training solutions consultancy. One of her first celebrations as an entrepreneur that she still cherishes today was when she got her own independent trade license and threw herself a \u2018visa party\u2019 to celebrate this milestone with her close friends who supported her in the challenging times of defining her new purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n M\u00e9lanie is driven by a passion to empower businesses and individuals through better and more sustainable practices. She is a certified coach and holds the accolade of being the most international facilitator of Google\u2019s #IamRemarkable workshop in 2019.
