The leading consulting group in Israel, Tefen, is expanding and establishing a subsidiary in Dubai.

The branch in Dubai will initially employ a team of 10 local employees and the expectation is that within 3 years the staff will increase to about 40 people.

In the future, the group plans to set up additional branches in neighboring countries, to establish its global position.

According to Mally Bitzur Parnes, the purpose of establishing the branch in Dubai will be to connect Israeli companies with companies from the United Arab Emirates. The Tefen Group works with hundreds of customers in the fields of security, retail, health, and infrastructure, and with the normalization agreement between Israel and the Emirates, several large Israeli companies in the fields of security and retail asked Tefen to connect with relevant companies and opinion leaders in Dubai. Tefen’s branch in Dubai will be targeted and assisting address for Israeli and UAE companies, in developing and promoting business collaborations, investments, creating business opportunities, and more.

Also in recent years, Tefen has been advising several governments around the world and this is one of the moves that will be examined in Dubai as well.

For the past year and a half, Tefen has also operated the Institute for Advanced Production on behalf of the Israeli Ministry of Economy, an institute established in northern Israel with a government budget of tens of millions of shekels to assimilate innovation in Israeli industry. The institute provides subsidized assistance to hundreds of factories so that they can implement advanced production processes that will enable them to increase their productivity and profitability.
