Emirates Electrical & Instrumentation Company (EEIC), in partnership with Medisun, participated in the MENA Desalination Projects Conference 2025, showcasing their latest innovations in sustainable desalination and water treatment solutions.

The spotlight was on WEGen technology, a breakthrough in low-energy desalination powered by osmotic energy, developed by Medisun and brought to the region through EEIC’s EPC and systems integration capabilities. The solution drew strong interest for its potential to reduce energy consumption in large-scale desalination and contribute to the UAE’s Net Zero 2050 goals.

This strategic collaboration supports EEIC’s mission to deliver smart, scalable, and energy-efficient water infrastructure tailored to the MENA region’s growing needs.
