New Year’s Day à la Française at DRIFT Restaurant
Begin the new year in true French style with New Year’s Day à la Française at DRIFT Restaurant – a refined dining experience inspired by the leisurely elegance of Parisian weekends, blending late breakfast-lunch indulgence with sophisticated French culinary flair. The experience begins with an arrival Champagne Mimosa and a selection of freshly baked pastries, croissants, artisan breads and homemade preserves. Guests are then invited to explore buffet-style stations showcasing luxury selections from Maison Mons, the renowned French cheese house, and Dierendonck, master Belgian charcutiers, alongside cooked salmon, oysters, Provençal salads and Caviar specials. A choice of hot dishes, from truffled scrambled eggs to classic French quiches, is available à la carte, followed by a finale of sweet treats, with crêpes, lemon tarts, and mini mille-feuilles served directly to the table.
