In 2023, ADMAF partnered with iconic Italian fashion house Dolce&Gabbana to launch an annual award to empower young Emirati designers in fashion and jewellery. The initiative bridges tradition and innovation, offering exceptional opportunities for professional and creative development in couture and design craftsmanship. Through funding, mentorship, residencies, and networking, the Award fosters creative excellence, advancing designers’ careers and their contributions to the region’s cultural industries.

This year, the Dolce&Gabbana x ADMAF Design Award focuses exclusively on the fashion category and gives current students and recent university graduates a unique platform to enhance their skills and showcase their creative excellence on the global stage.

This Award offers young talent from the UAE a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to explore the world of couture and design craftsmanship with guidance from leading industry experts. It aims to support the UAE’s next generation of designers by helping them pursue their creative ambitions on an international scale, introducing their work to new audiences in Abu Dhabi and beyond.
