This November, Van Cleef & Arpels will celebrate its watchmaking savoir-faire with the Poetry of Time exhibition at Dubai Watch Week 2025. Offering a journey through the mechanics of enchantment, an immersive scenery showcases the Maison’s creations. A cabinet of curiosities features archival documents and patrimonial pieces, while the central area, furnished with four workbenches, highlights craftsmen’s expertise.

Alongside this exploration of professions, alcoves will present the universes dear to Van Cleef & Arpels: ballerinas and fairies, Poetic Astronomy, love stories, and Enchanted Nature. From dial to dial, each creation recounts a moment of beauty, expressing the Poetry of Time vision unique to the Maison.

The Maison’s watch creations are the fruit of concerted collaboration, bringing together a wealth of expertise between Paris and Geneva. Each project begins with a creative intention, first materialized through a gouaché before coming to life through a process that combines traditional know-how and innovations. In-house development can last several years in order to bring to life the story told by each dial. 

Introduced in 2006, the Poetic Complications collection reflects the Maison’s ambition to turn every moment into an enchanting story. Movement experts, watchmakers, and craftsmen work hand in hand at the Masion’s Watchmaking Workshops in Geneva to blend technical mastery with creativity at the pursuit of wonder.
