The Guild, fresh from being announced MICHELIN Guide’s Opening of The Year 2024, is announcing a collaboration with one of London’s most popular bars, Bar Termini. The one-night pop-up, happening on 24th July from 5pm till late, will provide guests with the perfect mid-week treat in the venue’s café and Nurseries – a haven reminiscent of Soho in London.

Bar Termini of Compton Street in the heart of Soho,  celebrated for its cocktail craftsmanship and a regular in the Worlds 50 Best Bars list (three years in a row from 2016-18),is entrusting The Guild with two of their cocktail connoisseurs to bring to the Middle East their first ever takeover at the venue’s café. The globally lauded bar draws inspiration from the traditional bar culture of 1950s Italy. The Guild, inspired by the bustling brasseries of New York and Europe, consistently offers guests a dining experience like no other in Dubai, making this collaboration a must-attend.

Bringing Soho’s London to ICD Brookfield Place, sip on Termini’s signature negronis and spritzes alongside some classic Italian aperitivo snacks. As guests work their way through the signature world-class cocktail menu, Campari enthusiasts can start with Bar Termini’s renowned Negroni Superiore (Campari, Gin and Sweet Vermouth) or a Classico (Campari, Gin, Sweet Vermouth and Pink Peppercorns) for just 45 AED.For those with a sweeter palate, the Spritz Termini(Malfy Rosa, Rhubarb Cordial, Aperol and Prosecco), Pendennis Club (Malfy Rosa, Apricot Liqueur, Lime Juice, Sugar Syrup and Peychaud’s Bitter) or the Shakerato (MalfyGin, Malfy Rosa and Lemon Cordial)all priced at 55 AED. In true Termini style, the bar will also serve standing Single Espressos at the bar, for just 10 AED.

As guests’ savour these expertly concocted drinks, they can indulge in an assortment of elevated bites from a carefully curated snack menu. Guests can enjoy Italian classics to pair with their cocktails, starting from just 40 AED, such as Marinated Olives and Parmesan, Prosciutto with Herb Focaccia, Burrata with Tomato and Crispy Flat Bread and more.
