The day party and brunch, with live performance by DJ Mikey Deleasa, marked the launch of a special collaboration between Balmain and One&Only – transporting a touch of ‘New French Style’ to the Athenian Riviera – to include a summer pool club take-over and a special edition of the 1945 Cabas designed exclusively for One&Only guests.
The pool party and brunch comes as the final day in the One&Only Aesthesis Grand Opening Weekend, which has seen a host of A-List celebrities, international tastemakers, and the Greek capital’s most influential crowd congregate at the ultra-luxury resort to usher in a new golden era for the Athenian Riviera, famed for its popularity in the 1960s amongst Hollywood stars and international jet set.

Guests at the pool party sipped on Aegean Mules, Peach & Spritz cocktails, a non-alcoholic Americano, Kylie Minogue Côte de Provence Rosé, and Kylie Minogue Prosecco D.O.C., while enjoying a bespoke brunch menu at the poolside restaurant Ora by Ettore Botrini, including beef carpaccio, fresh salads, and barbecued seabass.
One&Only Aesthesis x Balmain Pool Club Takeover
The One&Only Aesthesis pool has been transformed to channel the artistic energy and signature prints of the iconic Balmain house. Inspired by the intricate pathways of French Renaissance gardens, Balmain’s Labyrinth pattern of interlocking “B” and “P” motifs adorn the Aesthesis poolside space in unique customisations created specially for the collaboration.
Throughout the summer, all parasols, pool towels, sunlounger cushions, floating loungers, and cabanas surrounding the pool will be embellished with the instantly recognisable graphic iconography of Balmain, complementing the palette of One&Only Aesthesis and its thoughtfully curated surrounding, reminiscent of the mid-century modern architecture of Glyfada’s 1960 heyday.
Balmain x One&Only Aesthesis 1945 Cabas
The pool party hosted by Olivier Rousteing also celebrated the launch of a limited-edition Balmain x One&Only Aesthesis 1945 Cabas. Named for the founding year of Balmain, the 1945 Cabas presents a relaxed and oversized silhouette, coupled with thick golden hardware and a bold sans-serif house logo. The vintage design stands as one of Balmain’s most popular accessories. Now, this iconic design is made available as a special edition collaboration, sold exclusively at One&Only Aesthesis in the NEO boutique.
