I got to know Mélanie at the recently concluded, Women Leadership Summit where she was one of the panelists on the ‘Empowered Women Empower Women’ panel discussion.

Mélanie is an Executive Coach, Leadership Facilitator, and Emotional intelligence master. As a Coach, she is working with individuals on defining their purpose and drivers to work on their mindset and strategies to achieve their goals and objectives. Through her role as a Leadership Facilitator working with organisations and companies Mélanie provides tailored learning solutions across three core topics:

• Diversity Inclusion Equity Belonging
• Intercultural Agility
• Emotional Intelligence

to help develop the leadership capabilities of employees for greater performance, happiness at work, and ultimate professional satisfaction in a healthy work environment.

Mélanie’s core topics have been developed through her extensive work, leading in different countries and cultures. Her consulting services are offered both virtually and in person, as she encourages the power of choice and flexibility for her client’s comfort to maximise the positive outcome.

Mélanie’s story is interesting because every time there were twists and turns in her career, she came out dancing!

Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Mélanie worked as a teaching faculty in schools in Morocco, Spain, and Turkey on her way to Dubai where she was the head of foreign languages and a teacher trainer as part of GEMS Education for a few years. In her early career, Mélanie has worked in an NGO promoting Children’s rights, a cause very close to her heart. As part of her role, she led a campaign on Fair Trade & Children Rights which reached over 300 students in 10 schools. She since then gave talks and presented various speeches and educational discourse for a diverse audience in different settings, languages, industries, and countries, Mélanie continues to get involved in her community, through mentoring around young talent development and women empowerment.

In early 2019, the idea of becoming an entrepreneur flashed before her eyes. After due deliberation, she decided this was going to be her future, fulfilling her biggest dreams. And so, she formed Blooming Eloquence, a bespoke coaching and training solutions consultancy. One of her first celebrations as an entrepreneur that she still cherishes today was when she got her own independent trade license and threw herself a ‘visa party’ to celebrate this milestone with her close friends who supported her in the challenging times of defining her new purpose.

Mélanie is driven by a passion to empower businesses and individuals through better and more sustainable practices. She is a certified coach and holds the accolade of being the most international facilitator of Google’s #IamRemarkable workshop in 2019. Passionate in empowering people with knowledge, Mélanie’s work encourages positive behavioral changes.

Mélanie’s charismatic personality, eloquent delivery, engaging and dynamic facilitation, and coaching style have ensured her success.
